Mexico
Mexico, the land of sun, sea, beach, tequila, tacos, historic Mayan temples, cenotes and much more. Mexico offers a perfect mix of activities and opportunities to relax during your vacation.
The Mexicans are also very friendly & helpful to show you all the beauty their country has to offer. Read all about it in my blog!
Valladolid
Valladolid has been declared one of the Pueblos Mágicos (magical villages) by the Mexican Ministry of Tourism for good reason. In southern Mexico, along with Bacalar and Palenque, it is one of the places that will make your visit a wonderful experience. What you can do in Valladolid, including day trips, can be read right here!
Bacalar
Bacalar is a small village, but it has much beauty to offer. The Lake of the 7 Colors (Laguna de los siete Colores) is the go-to place for a boat or sailing trip, renting a canoe/kayak or paddleboard. The name is definitely not a lie, because the different depths make the color difference beautifully visible.
Isla Holbox
Isla Holbox is one of several islands on the Yucatán Peninsula! Compared to Cozumel and Isla Mujeres, it is a lot smaller and you won't see any cars there, only golf carts. The dirt roads immediately make you feel like you're on an island.
